▌Operating the light switch

The edge of the road will not be illuminated as
far or as high.
As a convenience function, the headlamps auto-
matically adjust when the vehicle crosses the bor-
der into a country where traffic drives on the
other side of the road. If necessary, the head-
lamps can also be adjusted manually in the Low
beam menu (/ page 231).

The "motorway mode" and "enhanced fog
light" functions will not be available.
Information about lighting systems and your
responsibility
The automatic light adjustment function is availa-
ble:
The various lighting systems of the vehicle are
only aids. The driver of the vehicle is responsible
for correct vehicle illumination in accordance with
the prevailing light and visibility conditions, legal
requirements and traffic situation.
