the vehicle occupants. Seat and steering
wheel heater provide soothing warmth. The
program is completed with unobtrusive sound
and warm colours.
Vitality: Can counteract diminishing attentive-
ness in monotonous driving situations. The
activating stimulation of the vehicle occupants
is carried out with invigorating sound, activat-
ing light and a vitalising massage.
Joy: Can promote a positive mood in the vehi-
cle occupants as well as mental regeneration.
This results from the activation of a massage
program, friendly sound and illumination with
suitable colours.
Well-being: Can help relax the vehicle occu-
pants. This is achieved through relaxing mas-
sage, friendly light and calming sound.
Sounds of the Sea: Can contribute to calming
the vehicle occupants. The acoustics of the
sound of waves and seagulls in combination
with other vehicle functions create a relaxing
seashore atmosphere.

be experienced via acoustics and other vehicle
functions inside the vehicle.

Training: Can counteract the onset of muscle
tension, limbs falling asleep or stress with tar-
geted relaxation or stimulation exercises. The
exercises are demonstrated in short videos.
The training consists of audio content and a
brief animation. The audio content is con-
ceived so that it can also be played back when
you are driving. Animations are only shown
when the vehicle is stationary. Always observe
the traffic conditions if you are training when
driving.
Tips: The system gives auditory tips for possi-
ble exercises or measures for improving the
