Changing the Unlocking Settings for the Digital
Vehicle Key
Check the charge level of the Digital Vehicle
Key battery.
If necessary, charge the battery of the Digital
Vehicle Key.
Use the NFC function of the digital vehicle key
to lock or unlock the vehicle. (/ page 150).
Ensure sufficient distance between the Digital
Vehicle Key and a potential source of interfer-
ence.

Selective unlocking is activated. If this func-
tion is deactivated, the owner key unlocks the
entire vehicle.

Have the vehicle and the Digital Vehicle Key
checked at a qualified specialist workshop.
The additional door lock is only available for vehi-
cles for the United Kingdom.
There is interference from a powerful radio signal
source

cle Key or on the vehicle.

dren, unattended in the vehicle.
If there are persons in the vehicle, do not
activate the additional door lock.

The battery of the Digital Vehicle Key is low or
empty.

Switch on Bluetooth® on the digital vehicle key
