Electric window control switch
Each door window opens or closes while the
corresponding switch is operated.

tailgate using the keyless operation func-
tion.
The driver’s switches can be used to operate
all door windows. A window can be opened
or closed by operating the corresponding
switch.
Press the switch down to open the window,
and pull up the switch to close it.
If the switch for the driver’s window is fully
pressed down/pulled up, the door window au-
tomatically opens/closes completely.
If you want to stop the window movement,
operate the switch lightly in the reverse direc-
tion.

Even if a door or the tailgate is closed while
l
the inside alarm is activating, this will not
cancel the alarm activation. (except for vehi-
cles equipped with the interior alarm sensor)
When the operation mode is put in ON, the
l
buzzer sounds four times. This operation in-
dicates that the alarm was activated while
the vehicle was parked.
Please check the inside of the vehicle to con-
firm that nothing was stolen.
Even if the auxiliary battery is disconnected,
the alarm activation memory will not be
erased.

If the switch is operated continuously, the

electric window protection function will ac-
tivate and the door window may not be
opened and closed automatically even if the
switch is fully pressed down/pulled up.
In such a case, pull up the door window
switch until the window has been fully
closed.

The electric windows can only be operated
with the operation mode in ON.
Before operating the electric window con-
trol, make sure that nothing can get trap-
ped (head, hand, finger, etc.).

You should now be able to operate the door
window in the normal fashion.
