Main climate

Climate system controls

In addition to the functions in the climate bar,

other main climate system functions can be

controlled from the Main climate tab.

The climate system functions are controlled

from physical buttons on the center console,

the center display, and the climate panel on

the rear side of the tunnel console*.

Physical buttons in the center console

Temperature controls for driver and pas-

senger side.

Controls for heated* and ventilated* driver

and front passenger seat, as well as

heated steering wheel*.

Button for opening Climate view. The

graphic in the button shows activated cli-

mate system settings.

Button for max defroster.

Button for heated rear window and door

mirrors.

Tap the symbol in the center of the

climate bar to open Climate view.

The most common climate system functions

can be controlled from the climate bar.

Depending on equipment level, Cli-

mate view may be divided into sev-

eral tabs. Toggle between the tabs by swiping

the screen to the left/right or by tapping the

desired heading.

Max, Rear – Controls for defrosting win-

dows and door mirrors.

AC - Air conditioning controls.

Recirc - Air recirculation controls.

Parking climate*

Parking climate functions can be controlled

from the Parking climate tab.

Blower control for front seats².

AUTO - Automatic climate control.

Climate controls on the rear side of

the tunnel console*

All climate system functions for the rear seat

can be controlled from the Rear climate tab.

Rear seat heating control*.

Blower control for rear seats.

Rear seat temperature control.

2nd row climate - Climate functions for

the second row of seats. Blower control

for the second row of seats.

Button for locking/unlocking climate

3rd row climate - Climate functions for

the third row of seats*.

If the vehicle has heated rear seats* but does

not have a climate panel on the rear side of the

tunnel console, there will be buttons on the

rear side of the tunnel console to control this

function.

With the 2-zone climate system, the control is shared with the rear seat.

The climate panel has a screen lock to help

prevent inadvertently changing blower speed

and temperature. When the screen is locked,

only the controls for seat adjustment* and the

unlock button will be displayed.

After unlocking, blower speed and tempera-

ture can also be changed from the climate

panel and all selected climate settings will be

displayed. The screen locks automatically after

a period of inactivity.

The seats can be heated for added comfort

for the driver and passengers in cold weather.

Seat heating can be set to automatically acti-

vate when the engine is started. When set to

automatically activate, heating will be turned

on at low ambient temperatures.

Tap Settings in the Top view in the center

display.

1. Tap the symbol in the center of the climate

bar to open Climate view in the center dis-

play.

Tap Climate.

Select Auto Driver Seat Heating Level

and Auto Passenger Seat Heating Level

to activate/deactivate automatic start of

heated driver's and passenger seat.

Select the Rear climate tab.

Buttons for seat heating on the rear side of the tun-

nel console.

> An "A" will be displayed next to the rel-

evant seat heating button in the climate

bar when auto start has been activated.

Press repeatedly on the left or right seat

heating buttons on the rear side of the

tunnel console to select one of four levels:

Off, High, Medium or Low.

3. Tap the seat heating button repeatedly to

select one of the four levels: Off, High,

Medium or Low.

Select Low, Medium or High to select

level after the function has been activated.

displayed in the button.

With 4-zone system*:

Activating and deactivating front

seat ventilation*

The seats can be ventilated to provide

increased comfort in warm weather.

2. Tap the seat ventilation button repeatedly

to select one of the four levels: Off, High,

Medium or Low.

The ventilation system consists of fans in the

seats and backrest that draw air through the

seat upholstery. The cooler the passenger

compartment is, the greater the cooling effect

of the ventilation. The system can be activated

when the engine is running.

> The level is changed and the set level is

displayed in the button.

If auto climate control is activated, several cli-

mate system functions are controlled auto-

matically.

The steering wheel can be heated for added

comfort in cold weather.

will be turned on at low ambient tempera-

tures.

1. Tap the symbol in the center of the climate

bar to open Climate view in the center dis-

play.

display to open the controls for steering

wheel and seat heating.

Tap Settings in the Top view in the center

display.

Tap or press and hold AUTO Climate

Tap Climate.

If the vehicle is not equipped with heated

wheel heating is directly accessible in the

climate bar.

Tap - air recirculation, air conditioning

and air distribution are controlled auto-

matically.

Select Auto Steering Wheel Heating

Level to activate/deactivate automatic

start of heated steering wheel.

Press and hold - air recirculation, air

conditioning and air distribution are

controlled automatically. Temperature

and blower speed are changed to

standard settings: 22 °C (72 °F) and

speed 3 (speed 2 in the rear seat³).

> An "A" will be displayed next to the

heated steering wheel button in the cli-

mate bar when auto start has been

activated.

2. Tap the steering wheel heating button

repeatedly to select one of the four levels:

Off, High, Medium or Low.

Select Low, Medium or High to select

level after the function has been activated.

> Auto climate mode is activated and the

button lights up.

> The level is changed and the set level is

displayed in the button.
